Return & Exchange Policy
Non-perishable Goods
All goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
RETURN
Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact. Return postage cost is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable.
EXCHANGE
You will be provided with an exchange if your return request is approved in the reasons of defective goods or wrong delivery. You can opt to exchange for item(s) of same value or lower value. No refund will be given for the difference in amount for lower value item(s). If you would like an exchange for item(s) of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
REFUND
A refund will ONLY be provided if the item(s) of exchange is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 business days.
Full Moon Gift Sets
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received faulty/ defective/ wrong items, kindly contact us at hello@shop-un.co within 24 hours upon the receipt of order. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, the delivered orders will be deemed satisfactory.
It is STRONGLY advisable to hand the gift sets over to your friends and family on the day of receipt. Please note that we will not hold any responsibilities if the items turn bad due to any delays on your part.
All refund requests will be evaluated and assessed if the goods are defective or prepared wrongly. Paid delivery fees during purchase will not be refunded. We reserve the right to reject your refund request at our sole discretion.
