For most ready-stock gifts, your order is shipped to you by standard courier service. You will receive an order confirmation by email upon placing an order. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. Once it's shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

For Full Moon Gift Sets or large custom orders, we only provide hand-delivery option by car to ensure careful handling of products. Alternatively, you can opt for self-collection during checkout. Self-collection is only available between 12pm - 4pm at our premise in PJ. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Our minimum order is 10 boxes for each set type.

As we put lots of thoughts and care into each order, please place your order at least 7 days prior to delivery/collection date, to allow sufficient time for sourcing, curating, customising and designing your order. Kindly pick a preferred delivery date during checkout.

As all items are made fresh daily, they are best consumed within 1-3 days. Nyonya kuihs that contain coconut milk must be consumed within the same day of receipt as they tend to go off quite easily. Please keep them refrigerated if not consumed immediately to retain freshness.

It is NOT advisable for you to send the gift sets after the day of receipt. We will not hold any responsibilities if the goods go bad due to any delays on your part.

Delivery is FREE to one (1) location within Klang Valley for orders above 30 boxes, and up to two (2) locations for orders above 50 boxes. Additional charges will be applied for each additional location.

Our gift boxes come in 2 different sizes based on the choice of gift set. The dimensions of the boxes are approximately 16cm (L) x 16cm (W) x 10cm (H) and 26cm (L) x 16cm (W) x 10cm (H).
